To find out more about archery lessons / beginners course, please see below where you will find details about cost, times, etc. We will run the lessons on a Saturday.

If you wish to apply for lessons, with us, please complete and submit the application form .

Please be aware, that due to some people booking a place and not turning up we have been forced to introduce a non refundable deposit when you confirm your place on the course. The reason behind this decision is - we have been turning people away because on paper the course is fully booked when in actual fact they could have had a place.

Summer - Memorial Sports field, Sywell Road, Wellingborough.
Winter - The Gym, Sir Christopher Hatton School, Wellingborough.


4 x 2 hour lessons with a total cost, for the course, of £60. Half price for juniors if accompanied by a full paying adult. Family cost by negotiation (depending on numbers).

What you learn:

The safety rules. Basic shooting technique. Basic equipment set up and how to assemble a bow. The function and adjustment of the sight. An understanding of archery rules. Archery etiquette.


Our coaches/instructors are all volunteers who are prepared to pass on their expertise for your benefit and whenever possible will stay with you for the duration of the course.

Please Note:

Due to Child protection laws we are unable, at this point in time, to take children under 16 years of age who are unaccompanied by a parent/guardian.
